Scope

We have analysed the data provided using KordaMentha InterrogateTM to identify suspicious activity, financial loss and records requiring cleansing. Our report is organised under the same category headings to assist in addressing the high risk issues first.

We analysed 100% of the following data:

  • Transaction Information: All invoices, payments and credit notes made between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2008.
  • Vendor Information: 6,579 vendor records as at 30 June 2008 (which includes employees paid via the accounts payable system).
  • Employee Information: 37,157 employee records as at 30 June 2008 including 10,813 terminated employees.
